  • Coconut Milk (or other plant-based milk of your choice)250 ml
  • Peanut Butter3 tablespoon
  • Hot water50 ml
  • Unflavored gelatin15 g
  • Xylitol (if the peanut butter you use is already sweetened, you can dispense with the sweetener)2 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract (optional) to taste
  1. Hydrate the gelatin with the hot water. Then, in the blender, mix all the ingredients until it forms a homogeneous cream. Pour into small silicone molds and refrigerate until firm.
  2. Finish with paçoca crumbs and serve immediately.
