- Skimmed milk1 cup
- Seasoned Shredded Chicken Breast500 g
- Boiling water2 cup
- Cream cheese250 g
- Green smell and Spices to taste
- Homemade kinnor broth (chicken) to taste
- Mozzarella to taste
- In the blender cup, place the eggs, the wheat flour, 3 tablespoons of the oats dissolved in the milk, and beat for 2 minutes, or until you get a slightly creamy and homogeneous mass.
- Add the remaining oats and mix without beating, in the blender Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Grease and heat a small frying pan (12 cm in diameter) over medium heat and place enough of the dough to form a thin layer that covers the bottom of the frying pan. Fry on one side and turn to fry the other.
- Transfer to a plate and continue the operation until the dough is finished. Reserve
- In a pressure cooker, place the chicken breast and the homemade chicken cube already dissolved in the water, and mix.
- Cover the pan, let it cook for 15 minutes after the start of the boil. Wait for the pressure to release, open the pan and remove the chicken, roughly shredding it.
- Transfer the shredded chicken to a bowl and add the cream cheese and green smell. Mix well and distribute a little of the stuffing on each disc of dough and roll it up like a rocambole. Arrange the pancakes in a refractory and serve immediately.
- If you wish, before serving, add mozzarella on top, the sauce of your choice.
