- Raw peas halved300 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- In a container, cover the pea with water.
- Soak the peas for approximately 3 hours. You change the water and soak it to remove the antinutrients
- When they are well hydrated and soft, wash them and transfer to the blender.
- In the blender add 300 ml of filtered water, olive oil and salt
- Beat well until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous mass.
- In a non-stick frying pan, if necessary, grease a little of the dough like conventional pancakes.
- Over medium heat, cover until the dough is firm and turn it over.
- After making all the pasta, fill it with the stuffing of your choice (franfo, ricotta, tuna…)
- Top with healthy white cauliflower and parmesan sauce. Place in the oven to brown and serve.
