- Coconut Flour2 tablespoon
- Plain yogurt2 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut0.5 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Sweetener to taste
- Milk powder or vanilla whey1 tablespoon
- Pineapple Slice2 unit(s)
- In a small bowl, mix the egg, coconut flour, yogurt, sweetener and yeast.
- Add the diced pineapple and mix well.
- Microwave for 3 minutes.
- Prepare a syrup by mixing powdered milk or whey with a little water. Just enough to get a creamy consistency. You don't need to put it on fire. Pour on top of the cake and sprinkle grated coconut!
- Tip: You can use oat flour instead of coconut flour. Then it is not necessary to add the yogurt, instead of the yogurt add 1 spoon of powdered milk!
