- Carrot300 g
- Grated Mozzarella100 g
- Bacon20 g
- Milk80 ml
- Sour Cream50 g
- Pepperoni Sausage2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper to taste
- Cook the carrots, in puree point, beat the carrots with the milk in the blender or mixer. Sauté the bacon and pepperoni with a drizzle of olive oil, then the diced onion. Reserve.
- Transfer the mixture from the blender to a pan over medium heat and add half of the sauté and let it cook for 5 minutes. Then add the cream and put the seasonings.
- Place on a platter and sprinkle with the grated cheese and the rest of the stew from the pan and bake in the oven to melt the cheese. Serve as you wish.
