- Xylitol1 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Yeast2 dessert spoon
- Beat the eggs with the salt in the mixer or blender until doubled in volume.
- Add the chicken, Parmesan and xylitol and beat again.
- Add the yeast and mix.
- Take the silicone molds to the oven preheated to 200°C for about 20 minutes. Go looking.
- When golden, remove from the oven and it's done.
- I love eating this bread with strawberry jam and cottage cheese! It's a delight!
