- In a glass bowl that can go in the oven, place 4 whole eggs and mix well with the help of a fork.
- Add the 2 servings of whey to the bowl together with the egg, add the two tablespoons of oatmeal, the spoon of cotage cheese, the yeast, the cup of shredded chicken and the light mozzarella cheese and salt. If you prefer, sprinkle grated cheese and oregano over the dough.
- Mix all the ingredients until it is uniform, take it to the oven preheated to 180°C until the dough is golden.
