- Lactose-free skimmed milk100 ml
- Oats3 tablespoon
- Chia1 tablespoon
- Whey protein (whichever flavor you prefer, I use chocolate)2 tablespoon
- Fruits1 to taste
- In a pan add all the ingredients except the fruit. Stir slowly until it starts to thicken and comes away from the pan. Turn off the heat, transfer to a refractory and on top chop fruits of your taste, I like to use: grapes, bananas, strawberries, apples, sometimes I also add chestnuts, it's delicious and super healthy. Now just enjoy it either hot or cold, it's up to you!! Hope you like it .
