- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Basil to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Wash the vegetables well and cut into slices of the same thickness.
- On a platter, alternate the vegetables.
- Season with salt, pepper, crush the unpeeled garlic cloves and place between the vegetables.
- Drizzle with olive oil and place sprigs of basil, rosemary and sprinkle parmesan and oregano.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
