- Chop all the vegetables in a round shape and of equal thickness.
- Place the tomato sauce on a platter that can go in the oven, forming a layer of sauce.
- Place the standing vegetables in rows, one with tomato, one with zucchini, one with eggplant, one with yellow peppers, one with onions, one with green peppers, and so on until the shape is complete.
- After accommodating the vegetables, pour in the dry white wine, already fried garlic, salt, pepper and seasoning to taste.
- Cover with aluminum foil and place in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. After that remove the foil and leave another 5 to 10 minutes in the oven. According to your taste in the cooking point of the vegetables.
