- Cut all the ingredients and slices.
- Place on a platter in layers: tomato, onion, zucchini and eggplant. Repeat the sequence until the tray is full.
- Season with olive oil, salt, parsley, oregano and black pepper
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
