- White rice2 cup
- Diced chicken breast500 g
- Chopped cauliflower300 g
- Peas300 g
- Sliced Carrot300 g
- Chuchu cubes400 g
- Diced Sweet Potato400 g
- Chopped hearts of palm300 g
- Sweet tomatoes300 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt, pepper and parsley to taste
- Saffron1 tablespoon
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- I seasoned the chicken cubes with salt, pepper, lemon and let them marinate for 20 minutes. In the same pan I sauteed the rice with minced garlic and salt, put water until it covered, covered and cooked for 15 minutes, opened the pan and added the cauliflower, peas and chicken pieces, mixed, left over low heat for another 10 minutes .
- In a frying pan, I sauteed the carrots in olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper, and finished with linseed.
- I cooked the cubes of sweet potato and chayote in salted water for 15 minutes, drained all the water and let it cool, added it with heart of palm, tomatoes, sliced onion, seasoned with salt, olive oil, lemon, and parsley.
