- Parboiled rice300 g
- Garlic (chopped)2 unit(s)
- Onion (chopped)1/2 unit(s)
- Carrot (grated)1 unit(s)
- Pepper (chopped)1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Oil to taste
- Color to taste
- Remove the skin from the sausage and remove the excess fat and add a little Coloral
- In a medium saucepan, heat the soybean oil.
- Place the sausage meat in the pan and sauté
- Add onion, garlic, pepper and continue to sauté
- Add the rice and salt and keep stirring.
- Add water to cook
- After a few minutes, check if it is al dente, if not, add more water and cover, check if it is cooked
