- Ricotta400 g
- Wheat flour60 g
- Grated Minas cheese100 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Start by mashing the ricotta with a fork or passing it through a sieve.
- Then add the Minas cheese, the egg, the salt and the nutmeg, knead until it becomes crumbly.
- Add flour little by little until it binds (takes very little, add carefully)
- Shape the gnocchi and cook by immersion in boiling water.
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
