  • Ricotta400 g
  • Wheat flour60 g
  • Grated Minas cheese100 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Start by mashing the ricotta with a fork or passing it through a sieve.
  2. Then add the Minas cheese, the egg, the salt and the nutmeg, knead until it becomes crumbly.
  3. Add flour little by little until it binds (takes very little, add carefully)
  4. Shape the gnocchi and cook by immersion in boiling water.
  5. Serve with your favorite sauce.
