- Cut the eggplant into thin slices and place it on a refractory that can go in the oven.
- Cut the onion also into rings and intersperse with the eggplant
- For the sauce, place the olive oil, crushed garlic and other seasonings to taste in a bowl. Spread the sauce over the eggplant and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
