- Ricotta1 tablespoon
- Light cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella18 g
- Grated Parmesan1 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Basil to taste
- Dehydrated Garlic to taste
- Cut a cap off the tomato and remove the seeds.
- Mash the ricotta and season with salt, oregano and dehydrated garlic. Add the curd and mozzarella and mix to form a paste.
- Stuff the tomato with this paste, sprinkle grated Parmesan and put it in the airfryer for 5 minutes.
