- 4 Raw Potatoes500 g
- A pinch of salt to taste
- A drizzle of olive oil or oil to taste
- Chopped Bacon to taste
- Chopped pepperoni to taste
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
- 1/2 chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Cheese50 g
- Green smell to taste
- With the raw potato, remove the skin and pass on the grater. - Season with salt and remove excess water that forms, using a clean dish towel or paper towel.
- Grease 2 skillets with oil or olive oil. Or use a plate to help you flip in the same skillet.
- Make a layer of potatoes in the skillet, put the stuffing and cheese and finish closing everything with potatoes on top.
- Over low to medium heat, covered, until golden brown, about 8 min per side. Turn one skillet inside the other and brown the other side.
