- Recipe
- 80% cocoa chocolate100 g
- Almond milk60 ml
- 1 scoop Whey protein chocolate1 unit(s)
- 100% cocoa powder for rolling to taste
- Chop the chocolate and microwave for 30 seconds to melt. Mix well to melt everything. Note: I used Nugali 80% cocoa chocolate (last photo)
- Add 1 scoop of Whey and mix well. Note: I used Cacao Whey from Essential Nutrition
- Add the almond milk and mix. Note: I used A Tal da Castanha almond milk
- Place in the freezer for 15 minutes. Afterwards, remove and roll up. No need to grease your hand to roll.
- Pass the truffles in 100% cocoa powder and it's ready!
