- Mozzarella30 g
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- In a small bowl, mix everything together with a fork.
- Grease a non-stick frying pan with a little oil (taking off the excess with a paper towel), let it heat up well and pour the dough.
- Rotate the skillet to spread the batter evenly. When released from the skillet, turn the side.
- Put the mozzarella, fold the dough and leave a minute to brown and melt the cheese.
- Tip: add tomato, oregano and basil to the filling.
