- Shimeji200 g
- Butter1 tablespoon

- Shoyu3 tablespoon
- sugar1 teaspoon
- Clean the shimeji and cut the stalks so they are loose.
- Heat the skillet well and add the butter to melt.
- saute the garlic
- Put the Shimeji and stir for approximately 3 minutes (it has to be really fast)
- Add the soy sauce and stir quickly.
- put the sugar, to give this caramelized shine
- Add the chives, smother and turn off the heat.
- To finish, put chives on top
