- White shimeji mushroom200 g
- soy sauce2 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Garlic to taste
- White wine2 tablespoon
- Wipe the mushrooms with a paper towel or clean cloth.
- Cut the shimeji stalks
- Crush the garlic clove and put it in a skillet to sauté along with the butter.
- Let the garlic brown and add the shimeji
- Stir a little and then cover the skillet.
- Let it cook for 5 minutes
- Add wine and soy sauce
- Cook for 1 more minute
- Serve immediately
