- Cooked and shredded chicken breast1/4 cup
- Cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Butter ghee1 teaspoon
- Green Spice to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese2 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Heat the butter in a pan and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the chicken and Cream cheese and mix.
- Add salt and green seasoning. Stir and turn off the heat.
- Carefully remove the stalks from the shitake, cut into cubes and mix in the chicken filling.
- Stuff each mushroom and cover with grated cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC for about 7 minutes, until it is cooked and the cheese is gratinated.
