- After cleaning with lemon, I put the chicken in the pan with seasonings: paprika, smoked paprika, saffron, black pepper, chimichurri and frozen garlic, at that time I still don't add the salt! Cover with water and after getting pressure leave for 20 to 25 minutes. I remove and shred the chicken by shaking the pan, remove the broth and you can freeze it to make risottos, soups, stews, etc! Then heat a pan with oil, onion and garlic. I add a little more seasoning, a little chicken broth and salt to taste. I stir a lot and then separate into small portions. Both broth and chicken can be frozen for three months. To defrost, I leave it the night before in the fridge or heat it up in the microwave! You can use it as a filling for tapioca, natural sandwich, pizza, pies, etc!
