- Salt0 to taste
- Bay leaves2 unit(s)

- Heat the water in a pan and set aside.
- In a pan on the heat, place the onion, garlic, bay leaf and stir until the onion is transparent and the bay leaf releases its aroma.
- Put the rice, stir and mix until the rice is crystal and half transparent and then put boiled water and salt and let it boil for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes the rice is practically ready.
