- grated coconut1/2 cup
- Sweetener (Xylitol / Erythritol)2 tablespoon
- Coconut oil1 tablespoon
- Coconut milk3 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients very well, adding the yeast last.
- Grease a frying pan with coconut oil, put it on low heat and pour the dough.
- Cover and when firm, flip to brown the other side.
- Serve with your favorite topping and garnish with grated coconut.
