- Stir-fried Ground Beef200 g
- Mozzarella cheese80 g
- Tomato1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Wash the eggplant and cut in half lengthwise.
- Remove the core with a fine-tipped knife, forming 2 canoes. Season with oil and salt.
- Stuff with the ground meat already braised. Top with mozzarella cheese and tomato slices.
- Take to preheated oven at 200° for about 30 minutes.
