- Ground beef250 g
- Mozzarella cheese (8 slices)150 g
- Tomato sauce1 to taste
- Cut the eggplants in half and make small cuts on the inside without going through the skin.
- Drizzle with oil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the minced meat to your liking and add the tomato sauce approximately 3 tablespoons
- Remove the eggplants from the oven and remove some of the core, do not discard! Put together with the ground meat and incorporate
- Stuff the eggplants (boats) with the ground meat and cover with the mozzarella.
- Bake in the oven until the mozzarella melts.
