- Gorgonzola cheese to taste
- Ricotta Cream1 cup
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Remove the mushroom stalks
- Mix 1 package of ricotta cream with gorgonzola cheese to taste.
- Stuff the mushrooms with the cream.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake at 200 degrees for 30 min. It will release water but when it is soft you can remove it.
