- Ricotta1 tablespoon
- Light cream cheese1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Basil to taste
- Dehydrated Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 coffee spoon
- Crumble the ricotta and season with salt, pepper, oregano, a pinch of dehydrated garlic and finely chopped basil leaves. Add the curd and mix well, forming a paste. Reserve.
- Cut a cap off the tomatoes and remove the seeds, leaving it hollow.
- Stuff the tomatoes with the ricotta paste, cover with grated Parmesan, drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and bake in the airfryer or in the oven until golden!
