- Ricotta150 g
- Parmesan to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Bacon50 g
- Fry the Bacon and remove the excess oil, separate the Bacon. Wash the tomatoes and remove the seeds, in a container crumble the ricotta and mix with the eggs, add the bacon, salt, nutmeg and black pepper, mix very well. Stuff the tomatoes and cover with the grated Parmesan, bake for 20 minutes, then serve.
