- Mashed ricotta100 g
- Chopped Mozzarella200 g
- Crushed Gorgonzola50 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Crushed Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Cut a "lid" on the top of the tomatoes, and with the help of a spoon remove the core and seeds.
- Season the inside of the tomatoes with a little salt, turn them upside down and let the water drain out.
- Mix all the cheeses, with olive oil to taste, and the crushed garlic until it forms a "pastinha".
- Stuff the tomatoes with this cheese mixture.
- Bake at 180-200C for about 45 minutes.
- Serve it hot.
