- Ground beef300 g
- Tomato sauce to taste
- grated cheese to taste
- Wash and cut the zucchinis lengthwise.
- Remove the core of the zucchinis leaving them like canoes
- Season the zucchinis with salt, pepper and olive oil and set aside.
- Saute the minced meat to your liking.
- Add the chopped brains that you removed from the zucchinis and set aside.
- Place the zucchinis on a baking sheet and fill them all with the ground beef.
- Prepare the sauce according to your preference and cover the zucchinis leaving a little sauce on the baking sheet.
- Spread grated cheese over the zucchinis and bake in a medium oven until soft.
- Serve with salad or mashed potatoes.
