  • Berries (I used strawberry and raspberry)500 g
  • Chia2 tablespoon
  • Honey or sweetener of your choice2 tablespoon
  1. Place the fruit in a pan over medium heat. Mash with a fork or masher to puree.
  2. Let it cook until it forms a homogeneous syrup, a few minutes.
  3. Add the chia and stir for 30 seconds, after that turn off the heat.
  4. Add honey and mix.
  5. Take it to the fridge for 6 hours, the chia will hydrate and give consistency to the jam.
