- Recipe
- Berries (I used strawberry and raspberry)500 g
- Chia2 tablespoon
- Honey or sweetener of your choice2 tablespoon
- Place the fruit in a pan over medium heat. Mash with a fork or masher to puree.
- Let it cook until it forms a homogeneous syrup, a few minutes.
- Add the chia and stir for 30 seconds, after that turn off the heat.
- Add honey and mix.
- Take it to the fridge for 6 hours, the chia will hydrate and give consistency to the jam.
