Ice to taste
Carrots and without peel1/2 unit(s)
Psyllium1 teaspoon
Golden flaxseed flour1 teaspoon

Blend all ingredients in a blender and drink immediately without straining.
Do this 30 minutes before going out in the sun. Apply your sunscreen and be happy!!!
