- warm milk300 ml
- Dry yeast or 45 of the fresh15 g
- Unsalted margarine or 90 grams2 dessert spoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Sugar5 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Wheat flour (200 grams) approx1 kg
- In a refractory place the yeast (as I used the dry one, I hydrated the milk now if you are going to use the bakery mix it in the sugar).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes only, then mix the eggs, butter and condensed milk and mix very well until everything is very homogeneous.
- Add some wheat flour and mix well.
- I put the salt and little by little the rest of the flour so that it doesn't dry out too much, knead for at least 15 minutes and let it rest for an hour covered with a cloth on top so it doesn't dry out the dough.
- Then the woman and as she wants and let it grow again until it doubles in volume here it stays for 1h30.
- So for my preheated 200° degrees for 40 minutes I like the bread very Golden.
