- Hydrated tapioca gum1 tablespoon
- 100% cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence (optional)1 coffee spoon
- Sweetener to taste
- Strawberry5 unit(s)
- Whey or powdered milk20 g
- In a bowl, combine the egg, white, tapioca starch, cocoa, sweetener and vanilla essence.
- With the help of a fork or fouet, mix well until a very homogeneous mass. Reserve.
- Chop the strawberries. Reserve.
- Mix the whey or powdered milk with a little water until it has a creamy consistency. Add the water little by little so you don't miss the point. Reserve.
- Heat a non-stick skillet greased with a little butter or coconut oil, and spread the dough so that it is very uniform, filling the entire bottom of the skillet.
- When the dough comes off the bottom of the skillet, flip it over.
- Spread the strawberries on half of the dough and pour the whey cream on top. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling.
- Sprinkle whey or powdered milk and decorate with strawberries. Enjoy!😋
