- Ginger1 tablespoon
- Chia seeds1 tablespoon
- Clean and chop the ingredients into pieces
- Put it in a blender and blend. Use a carrot or other firm vegetable to help beat and mix always with the blender on, as there is no water in the preparation, only the water from the vegetables themselves.
- Strain through a fine sieve or voile strainer (suitable for juices and vegetable milks)
- Mix chia and take on an empty stomach, three times a week.
