- Tapioca Gum200 g
- Cream cheese200 g
- Rice or oat flour150 g
- Cooked and shredded chicken breast450 g
- Grated Parmesan50 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Tomatoes for decoration to taste
- Flaxseed1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepperoni to taste
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the eggs, cheese, olive oil, cheese and salt. Finally, I added the tapioca, rice flour, linseed and yeast (no need to beat, just mix).
- I sautéed the shredded chicken breast in olive oil with garlic and onion, seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, halved tomatoes and green smell to taste.
- I used marmitinhas to bake my pies, I just greased it with a little oil. I put some of the pasta, the shredded chicken and more pasta on top. I decorated the tartlets with whole tomatoes, a little oregano and sesame seeds and put them in the oven for 30 minutes. Measuring of the lunchboxes: 16cm×12cm×04cm
