  • Assorted mushrooms600 g
  • Cold cubed butter50 g
  • Garlic clove, cut in half1 unit(s)
  • Pack of chives1 unit(s)
  • truffle oil to taste
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  1. Cut the stalk of the shitake, and the white stalk of the shimeji and cut all the mushrooms into slices. Cut the chives very thin. On the base of the dish or roast, rub the garlic, put the mushrooms on top, salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon drops. Place 3 cubes of butter on top.
  2. Place in the oven on browning mode and bake for about 10 minutes. Drizzle with a drizzle of truffle oil and sprinkle the chives. Serve with toasted bread.
