- Green smell and salt to taste
- Mozzarella (sliced or grated) to taste
- For the filling: chop all the ingredients (in cubes), add the salt and mix (Reserve)
- For the dough: beat all the ingredients in the blender, then assemble it in a refractory, place the dough on the bottom, the stuffing on top, cover with slices of mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 min.
