- Natural solid tuna2 tablespoon
- Frozen vegetable pickle30 g
- Chimichurri to taste
- Salt to taste
- Grated Parmesan1 tablespoon
- Defrost vegetables in the microwave and remove excess water.
- In a bowl, beat 2 eggs and season with salt and chimichurri.
- Add the vegetables, tuna and parmesan. Mix well.
- Heat a nonstick skillet or omelet maker and grease it with oil. Pour the mixture and cover. Leave until set and golden on the bottom.
- With the help of a spatula, turn the side and cook until golden!
- Tip: it can be made in the oven or airfryer.
