- Tapioca Gum2 tablespoon
- Ricotta cream or light curd or sour cream2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Pickled frozen vegetables300 g
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Grated cheese to taste
- Grease a small pan with a little butter or oil and place the defrosted vegetables. Season with salt, pepper and herbs of your choice (I used chimichurri).
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, the whites, the tapioca, the ricotta cream, a little salt and add the yeast.
- Pour the mixture over the vegetables, sprinkle with grated cheese and take it to the airfryer or oven until golden!
