- Cassava Flour150 g
- Chopped pepperoni150 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Saffron to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- In a pan, I fried the pepperoni in olive oil and set it aside, sauteed the garlic and onion, added the beans and pine nuts, the seasonings.
- I added the fried pepperoni, the green smell and the cassava flour, over low heat, mixed well until it was a crunchy farofa.
