- 200g of natural skimmed yogurt.1 g
- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds.1 to taste
- 1 tablespoon rolled oats.1 to taste
- 2 tbsp peanuts2 to taste
- And a medium silver banana1 to taste
- Chop the banana into slices and add to the yogurt.
- Finally, add the pumpkin seeds, oats and peanuts to the yogurt and mix the ingredients well in the Mixer or blender.
- Drink before or up to 1 hour after physical activity.
