- Sliced Zucchini250 g
- Ground duckling500 g
- Tomato sauce300 g
- Light cream100 g
- Mozzarella100 g
- Saute ground beef with onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Reserve.
- Pour some of the tomato sauce into the bottom of a refractory. Place a layer of the sliced zucchini and drizzle with more tomato sauce.
- Place a layer of ground meat over the zucchini, and spread a little cream.
- Add another layer of zucchini, drizzle with tomato sauce, cover with more ground beef, a little cream and make layers until you finish with a layer of zucchini.
- Pour some sauce over the zucchini and top with mozzarella cheese or grated Parmesan.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, until the cheese is golden.
- Tip: you can add cheese in the layers, on top of the meat.
