- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Ricotta1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ricotta cream1/2 cup
- Slice the zucchini lengthwise with a mandolin and season all slices with salt and black pepper
- Mix the ricotta cream with the fresh ricotta to form the filling.
- Take the zucchini slices to the grill quickly just to make them easier to handle
- Place the ricotta filling, roll it up and place it in a baking dish lined with tomato sauce.
- Place the cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees or until the cheese is melted.
