- Ricotta200 g
- Light cream cheese200 g
- shredded mozzarella cheese150 g
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Cut the zucchini into thin slices with a vegetable cutter. Season with salt and sear in a non-stick skillet with olive oil.
- Add the ricotta with the curd, salt, black pepper and parsley.
- Place 2 slices of zucchini one on top of the other forming a cross. Place a spoonful of the stuffing in the center and close forming a small bag.
- Place the bundles in a refractory, cover with the tomato sauce and finish with mozzarella cheese.
- Place in preheated oven to brown.
