- Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices (use a vegetable peeler).
- Beat the eggs with salt and seasonings to taste add grated cheese.
- You can use your creativity and add anything.
- Silicone molds place the zucchini slices one inside the other forming a flower.
- Beat the eggs with the seasonings together and add a little cheese, reggae on top of the zucchinis, sprinkle + a little cheese and bake for +-20 minutes.
